各地圖書館的數位借閱（借聽）數量皆大幅成長，以往採授權數量控管時，讀者需要排隊、等候有人還書才能借閱，後來多半改爲總量控管，但一旦電子書借閱稍微風行，圖書館的預算很快就被吃光了。 #ebook
